Most of your time will be conducted in a professionally equipped kitchen, using hands on training to learn the basic techniques such as grinding of various products such as onions, pastry, meat cutting and trimming, proper measuring techniques, seasonings, and how they use different methods cooking and food presentation, which are often experienced in the kitchen.
